A Tale of Beauty Beyond Boundaries
I make work for the overlooked, the ordinary, and the quietly brave. My paintings and mixed-media pieces center bodies that are often pushed to the margins — women whose strength is gentle, messy, and real. I use texture, layered marks, and everyday motifs (lotus seeds, tattoos, hands at work) to hold stories about belonging, rest, and resilience.
Artist statement
I’m interested in making room. Room for bodies that don’t match magazines, room for tenderness that looks like rest, room for humor alongside endurance. My paintings are invitations — to look without judgment, to feel recognized, and to rethink what we call beautiful. If my work does anything, I hope it offers a small relief: a recognition that you are enough exactly as you are.
